MISSION STATEMENT

The "Marcus Lives Foundation" was established in the year 2010 to memorialize the life of Marcus Ray Cassel. The foundation is an independent, private entity established by Clyde, Joletta, and Jason Cassel. Its mission is to assist young people with financial resources to achieve and succeed through sports, education, and religious faith.....

The memorial website MarcusCassel.org will also allow all of us who loved and remember Marcus to communicate and forever keep his spirit alive. Know that all of your contributions....financial gifts, pictures, memorial candles, and emails, will provide fuel for his legacy to continue...

First, to all family and friends, who love and miss Mr. Marcus, we apologize for the extended time it has taken to finally activate this website and get the official "MARCUS LIVES FOUNDATION" in place. The lord is our shepherd and many times we have to be patient and allow him to lead us where we want to go in his time.

We appreciate you taking the time to explore and enjoy this website, and we hope it brings back as many positive memories of Marcus as we experienced putting it together........

It is our hope that this be an interactive site...so, feel free to contact us with any changes, updates or additions you think we missed. If you have special messages or photos you would like to have included, don't hesitate to bring it to our attention. With Marcus' going home anniversary approaching, for those of you who may be too far away to personally pay your condolences, access the website and just, "light a candle". This way the website can also serve as a vehicle for us to communicate and stay connected.
